Lovely 1 night stay on a quiet property surrounded by nature and farm animals. Great spot to take a break from our road trip from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast. Rachel is a lovely host waiting for us as we got in quite late. Would recommend for a short stay.

Best country living experience you can have without living in the country.Get a real taste.
Awesome hosts.Friendly.Got the place set up for you to get a genuine and fun feeling of staying and living in the country side.Animal feeding at breakfast time.Scenic beautiful part of of this wonderful counrty.A must do for anyone that wants to taste Australian ways of living.
Lovely eclectic farm stay. Animals are friendly and noisy but only during the day. Was no wifi and we could only get reception at the front gate so if you need to keep in contact with business or family or watch the footy finals then you'll need to go into town as there are not even tv channels. Given that it is a farm stay the attraction is the friendly animals and a chance to be technology free. Loved the setting and the rustic tiny shed. Didn't have a key to lock up our valuables while we went to town so took them with us. Wasn't sure which of the multiple dwellings to find the owner in to ask for a key, and no reception to email or call. Lovely friendly host greeted us when we first arrived.

Hi , there is a key to lock the property hanging on the wall . It does state in the description that there is no Tv reception, most people seem to manage with the wifi on their phones . Noisy animals ? On a farmstay ? I’ll have a word with them and tell them to keep the noise down 😆
The location is just beautiful and the extensive grounds are so well maintained. The property is, however, on a fairly busy road and there was a lot of traffic during the day.
The cabin itself, a large bedroom, was clean and comfortable, but two armchairs rather than two kitchen type chairs would have been good. There is no TV reception and mobile phone reception is weak. The bathroom didn't quite do it for us (we are an older couple). The basin was almost unusable due to the length of the outlet, which made it very hard to wash and scoop water. This could be easily fixed by shortening it. On the plus side, the animals were gorgeous and we were given grain to feed the chooks and guinea fowl and other animals. The Dorper sheep were especially cute!
We loved our stay here. The property was very peaceful with lots of cute animals roaming around. The shed we stayed in was very clean and full of character. Would stay again!
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic farmstay. Rachel, Jon and her children were great hosts. The property and accommodation is very nice and it was great to feed the chickens, ducks, guinea fowls and lambs. We would definitely like to come back!
