OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE

Another fantastic week in the books at this amazing property! The hospitality shown by the owner and the incredible Lake views makes this absolutely our favorite place to go on Lake Greenwood. It is the perfect vacation to bring your boat and just relax on the water with absolutely no other plans. In the evening, we sat on the huge back porch and watched the most breathtaking sunsets! It’s a must stay!

Very nice place to stay. It’s rather far from town amenities but absolutely gorgeous sunset even in cloudy weather. Loved our trip to uptown Greenwood breweries and worth the travel to KJ’s market over Piggly Wiggly.

‘Ski’s The Day’ is a terrific property on Lake Greenwood. Awesome views and the lake was not crowded. 2.5 hours from Charlotte.

This place is as advertised and a lot more! The sunset view, the assortment of amenities and direct property line access to the lake. The best location for any place out there. Definitely need to come back during true summer months to take full enjoyment!!!

Great house, great view, great location

Being right on the river was amazing, everything worked, nice and clean, no odd smells, kitchen well equipped, shops and restaurants available 30-60 minutes away, so quiet all around. We even brought kids' go-kart and ATV for some fun riding at the nearby Cedar Spring OVH Trail, plenty of room for parking the ATV UHaul trailer.

Enjoyed the view and size of home. Some attention needed to outside columns that are deteriorating and some gravel at entrance to home to slow down the dirt entering the home via foot traffic. Well equipped for cooking, comfortable living here. Nice views, awesome dock for fishing and play toys for convenience. Great stay.

Family get away

The location is premium. Beautiful view of the lake and spectacular sunsets. The house is comfortable and plenty of room for 6 adults. Basic cleanliness acceptable, but could use a good deep cleaning. We enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, but it could use some maintenance. We had a blast and the use of the canoe and kayak added to our fun.

Very quiet and peaceful

We had a good vacation with plenty of fishing. The view of the sunset over the lake was just beautiful. We did have a problem with charging the battery for our boat, but the owner did relent and turned the power on at the dock or else we would have had a real problem. So, thank you!

perfect lake house

As promised, the sunsets were awesome!!! The home has a great open floor plan, warm charm, and was very comfortable. The large outside porch with grilling area was where we spent most of our time enjoying the lakeview, and our fur kids were able to safely relax with us because of the gates installed at all access areas to the yard. Their signature "Smore's" package was a very nice touch. We will definitely be back!!!

Phenomenal View

The property was beautiful. We really enjoyed kayaking, swimming and fishing. The sunsets are amazing. The closet was packed with games for the whole family. The sunroom offered an escape from the night time bugs outdoors. Everyone, including our two dogs had a blast. The only negative was the amount of bugs we encountered indoors-luckily two fly swatters were provided to combat the horse flies and such.

Never Disappoints

This was our 3rd stay and loved it as much as we did the first two times. Mother Nature did not cooperate as much this time around, but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless . This is our favorite getaway with our son and for babies - definitely have plans to return in the near future! Great house layout, stunning view of the lake and having the boat right there is the cherry on top! Feel like taking a ride into town, jump in your boat and wave bye! It’s just a fantastic place to get away to relax and refresh!

Stunning!!

This home had the most AMAZING view-the sunsets are worth it alone! The house accommodated all of our needs with the long porch and dog gates all around. First time traveling with 2 small dogs and we were so apprehensive about it, but the dog safe environment alleviated that apprehension and we were able to enjoy a great family vacation! The large dock and slide were used constantly by our son to fish and play in the water while we were easily able to sit and watch from the porch. Great home! We will definitely be back!!!
