- NOTE: Because we care about the safety and health of our guests, our cleaning team has implemented a 2 layer disinfecting process. As a friendly reminder, we ask that you promptly check out at the 11:00am check out time so our cleaning team has ample time to clean and disinfect the property
- NOTE: This property has an internal staircase that leads to the garage and storage area, (this is not available to guests) but it is not an entry point in any way

- NOTE: The property is professionally sprayed for bugs and other pests on a regular basis. Because this property is in a tropical area, these pests are very common. As much as we try to ensure they are not present, they can appear at a moment's notice
- NOTE: This single-story unit offers step-free access via ramp, wheelchair-accessible hallways, and grab rails in the showers

HAWAII COUNTY RESTRICTIONS:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area
- The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes
