T3 4/5 Pax ON THE GROUND FLOOR, BY THE SEA, EVERY WALK OR BIKE, PARKING, WIFI

On the ground floor of the owners' house, 70m completely redone, independent and reserved for holidaymakers. The house is quiet, away from noise and summer entertainment on the quays, in the city center. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike (the beach, the quays, the shops or the wild coast path).

Large enclosed garden, redone lawn, not chemically treated, for the sole use of tenants, to enjoy grilling and outdoor dining. Garden furniture and barbecue provided.
WIRELESS.
Free parking spaces in front of the house.
5 spacious, bright rooms with double North-South exposure, well equipped and clean (we pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the premises):
- living room with leather sofa and large flat screen TV,
- large kitchen including fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave, 4 gas rings, hood and small household appliances (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster), dishwasher. Washing machine at your disposal, free access, in the laundry room adjoining the apartment.
- bathroom and WC,
- 2 quiet bedrooms. 5 beds: double bed 140 x 200 and 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer bed 90 x 200 (the bedding is of quality, it is also a point on which we are vigilant).

We offer the services of a cleaning lady on departure on request, for +/- 50 euros.
We can also provide sheets / towels sets between 40 euros (for a couple) and 100 euros (5 people).
We point out that we do not earn money on these services. We strictly apply the rates of the cleaning lady and the dry cleaning.

Wonderful holidays in Le Croisic

From the first email with our host Catherine we felt us warm welcomed. She and her husband made this 3 weeks so easy and relaxing. The house has all you need for holidays and we enjoyed to have an own garden with chairs and table. It is definitely true, that you can reach the city with its restaurants , shops, all the fish wholesalers and the harbour by foot. Twice the week we enjoyed to shop in the market hall. The landscape of the Bretagne is so outstanding beautiful and we loved every single day and every weather. The accomodation is really worth to be recommanded. At last we want to thank Catherine and Jean-Marie for beeing so nice , warm and openminded with us. All the best for all the family including the lovely dog Osseo. Rolf and Diana Werdin

Bright, big Apartment. Perfect location

The apartment is quite big and very nice and bright. The property manager is nice and lives next door. The Apartment is perfectly situated and very near to good restaurants, the beach... The next is negativ but I might add that we are new to VRBO. We always book on Expedia which now also lists VRBO apartments. The property manager demands additional money for bed sheets, towels and the end cleaning if you don't to it your self (he will remind you a few times about this and gives hints where the vacuum cleaner is ...). It is possible that this is normal at VRBO and that it is written in the description. We were not used to this. We do not want to read every small written text and analyse different Appartements in detail before we book. So all this hidden costs and unpleasantries were a surprise. So if this is normal for VRBO...We won't book VRBO apartments in the future... Otherwise we got fooled.

Dear Antonia, Thank you for your positive comment about the characteristics of the accommodation and the welcome I have given you. My priority is that my visitors always have a pleasant stay with us. As for the options, I'm sorry you found out about them after your booking. But that seems to be due to the way you booked: through Expedia. About half of our visitors clean the accommodation themselves before they leave. That is why I do not impose it in the price. I offer it in house. Given this, it seems logical to me to specify where the vacuum cleaner is located (among others) as I communicate all the possible details about the different equipment of the accommodation such as the washing machine that is at your disposal. The same goes for sheets and towels. In order to offer the most competitive rate possible, I give our visitors the choice of bringing them or renting them on site. This trade policy is, when it is explained, well understood. Beyond these surprises that are not really my responsibility, I hope that you will keep a good memory of your stay with us. Etant d'une nature positive, j'ai tendance à considérer le RAS comme un satisfecit ; c'est en tous cas ce que vous aviez exprimé lors de votre départ. Aussi, j'en profite pour vous remercier encore pour votre séjour. Je prends note de votre remarque concernant la photo qui illustre l'annonce et qui avait été prise depuis le chenal d'accès au port. Cette photo a pour objectif de montrer la proximité de la maison avec la mer, pas de faire croire à une vue mer qui n'existe effectivement pas depuis le logement situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il suffit de traverser la rue... Si ce n'est encore fait, je préciserai clairement ce point dans la présentation du logement. Alors veuillez accepter cette réponse, la plus factuelle et objective possible. Merci pour l'accueil que vous jugez sympathique ; il est vrai que je fais tout pour que le séjour de nos visiteurs soit le plus agréable possible ; vous en avez d’ailleurs vite fait l’expérience puisque je vous ai aidé à décharger votre véhicule à votre arrivée. Merci pour votre appréciation sur le logement que vous avez néanmoins trouvé "très humide". C'est vrai que lors de votre séjour, nous avons eu des pluies diluviennes qui ont donné une inévitable sensation de fraîcheur humide ; et ceci est particulièrement sensible pour les personnes venant de l'intérieur des terres. Surtout que nous sommes à seulement une centaine de mètres de l’océan mais sans vue directe, effectivement. Ceci étant, l’annonce ne promet aucune vue sur mer ; je ne me permettrais pas un tel mensonge. Même chose pour le stationnement : il est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce : "stationnement gratuit dans la rue, devant ou à proximité immédiate de la maison". Aussi, je comprends mal cette remarque que vous faites à postériori et alors même que je vous ai permis l'accès au jardin pour décharger et recharger votre auto. Difficile de satisfaire tout le monde mais je ne regrette rien. Cordialement, JM

Parfait séjour au bord de l’océan

De parfaites vacances passées au bord de l’océan. L’appartement est idealement placé, les pièces sont grandes et bien agencées. Tout est de plein pied, donc parfait pour un bébé de 16 mois et une petite fille de 4 ans.Jean-Marie a été très prévenant, très attentionné, nous prodiguant de nombreux conseils de visite dès notre arrivée. Seul léger bémol l’absence de VMC ou d’aérations dans les fenêtres se ressent sans l’air, mais pas de grosse gêne.A recommander sans hésiter

Merci également pour la remarque relative à l'absence d'aérateurs dans les fenêtres (il y a cependant des entrées/sorties d'air basses et hautes dans les pièces). Ce fut un choix du précédent propriétaire compte tenu de la violence potentielle du vent pendant les tempêtes. Choix qui s'est avéré majoritairement judicieux ces dernières années mais je prends tout de même note du point que vous soulevez, pour l'avenir. Notre descriptif précise bien que celui-ci est au rez-de-chaussée de la maison où nous vivons (le plus discrètement possible, vous en conviendrez). Mais comme vous me l'avez expliqué, vous vivez seuls en pavillon, sans le moindre bruit et vous avez le sommeil très léger ; ceci explique certainement cela. Je suis désolé. La location est idéalement placée, à quelques pas de l'Océarium, de la mer, du port et du centre ville. L'équipement intérieur est complet, la literie est de très bonne qualité. L'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux et sympatique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
