New duplex apartment (2012), a few steps from the white sandy beach of the Bay of Calvi. From its rooftop terrace, magnificent view of the citadel.
Possibility to have meals on the two terraces, one of 14 mÂČ, covered next to the kitchen, the other of 25 sqm, first floor.
Internet connection and phone calls included. 3 bedrooms, 2 air-conditioned, a bathroom and a shower room and 2 toilets.

A deposit of 1000 € by check is requested at the handing over of the keys and will be returned the day of departure in the absence of damage.

Lovely property in great location

We have rented many holiday properties over the years and this ranks as one of the very best . We loved the 2 terraces both with excellent views and although close to the beach, the port and Calvi centre it was so peaceful .It is very comfortable & well equipped .I can't recommend highly enough .

Sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtete, gerĂ€umige Ferienwohnung, perfekt fĂŒr uns als 5 köpfige Familie. Toller Blick auf die Zitadelle von Calvi von der Dachterasse aus, Sandstrand und Innenstadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Netter Empfang und persönlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  Calvi . L’appartement est magnifique , bien situĂ©, bien agencĂ©, bien Ă©quipĂ© et trĂšs propre. La suite parentale, Ă  l’étage est dotĂ©e de sa salle de bain et d’une belle terrasse vue sur la citadelle. En bas, sur la cuisine et la salon , il y a une belle terrasse , trĂšs agrĂ©able. Enfin, il y a deux chambres avec salle de bain . L’appartement est situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e Ă  deux pas Ă  pieds de la belle plage de Calvi . Sur cette plage on trouve des paillotes trĂšs sympa. Pareillement, le port, les commerces et la citadelle sont accessibles facilement et rapidement Ă  pieds . Eric, notre hĂŽte a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accessible et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement !

Wir haben unseren 12 tĂ€gigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Raffaela sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal in Calvi, 3 min zu Fuß zum Strand und BĂ€ckerei. 10 min am Strand entlang zur Altstadt und Zitadelle. Die 2 Terrassen lassen keine WĂŒnsche offen, SonnenuntergĂ€nge, Sterne und Blick zur Zitadelle sind traumhaft. Am Balkon der KĂŒche lĂ€sst es sich super essen. Wir waren zu viert als 2 Paare hier untergebracht. Die Raumaufteilung funktionierte super fĂŒr uns. Die beiden BĂ€dern sind dafĂŒr optimal. FĂŒr einen Urlaub in Calvi wĂŒrden wir aufjedenfall wieder herkommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben sehr gut geklappt, vielen Dank!

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© proche du centre et de la plage Ă  pied nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© .TrĂšs jolie terrasse en roof top avec jolie vue sur la citadelle . Bonne literie cependant la chambre sous les toits reste chaude mĂȘme avec le ventilateur et une petite penderie aurait Ă©tĂ© la bienvenue ainsi qu’un sĂšche cheveux . Eine Traumwohnung

Wunderbare Maisonette-Wohnung mit einem schattigen Balkon und einer sonnigen Dachterrasse, geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet. Waren zu viert mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Töchtern dort, alle waren rundum zufrieden. Zum Strand zu Fuß in 3 Minuten, zum Ortskern von Calvi 15 Minuten. Eine ideale Ferienwohnung!

Un trÚs bon séjour !

Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine de vacances. L'appartement est agréable, bien décoré. Il est situé dans une belle résidence à 5 mn à pied de la plage et des commerces et à 10 mn de la citadelle. Nous avons profité des deux terrasses. L'une pour nos repas et l'autre pour lire et se détendre avec une vue magnifique sur la citadelle et les montagnes. Une location à recommander vivement.

Une superbe semaine dans un bel appartement. Tout à été agreable pour nous: la résidence, la proximité de la plage, l'appartement et sa déco, les 2 terrasses et la clim dans les 2 chambres du bas !!! Seul bémol: la chambre du haut sans clim...le ventilo ne suffit pas. Un bel endroit à recommander !

Die Wohnung liegt in guter Lage in Fußgehentfernung zum Strand und Stadtzentrum. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen Parkplatz vor der TĂŒr. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gern wieder.

Cet appartement Ă©tait parfait pour notre sĂ©jour d'une semaine tout en visitant la Corse du Canada! Propre, moderne, spacieuse, tranquille et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. L'emplacement est super avec un cinq minutes Ă  pied de la plage et Ă  dix minutes du port et de la Citadelle. TrĂšs facile d'accĂšs depuis l'aĂ©roport ou le ferry. TrĂšs belles vues de la terrasse supĂ©rieure avec la terrasse infĂ©rieure Ă©tant trĂšs bonne pour les repas tranquilles et les verres aprĂšs le dĂźner. Le propriĂ©taire, Éric, est trĂšs sympathique, accueillant et bien organisĂ© nous fournissant une fiche dĂ©taillĂ©e d'information sur l'appartement, le quartier, les restaurants locaux et les sites Ă  visiter Ă  proximitĂ©. Si l'occasion se prĂ©sente Ă  nouveau pour une autre visite en Corse, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute Ă  cette location. Nous recommandons vivement cette location! Merci Éric!
