Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 2 #406 "Sunshine Corner"! This 2/2 corner condo location offers a great view of the Beach, Ocean, and pools!

This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is winter/spring 2024.

Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida's destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.

Beautiful but under construction

This a a great 2-bedroom with small kitchen. It's furniture is hardly new but everything works and the views are just perfect ocean views. Missing is a usable desk. Downside -- a seawall is being constructed right under your nose. Watching bulldozers and steamshovels can be fun, but can be noisy.

Perfect view!

This was a great location. The view was awesome, especially watching the sunrise. The condo was clean and spacious. They were plenty of restaurants nearby. we would definitely recommend!

Beach stay

The property was very nice and perfectly located for us. An information packet explaining how to use tv and ceiling fans as well as location of trash chutes would be helpful. Overall great place.
