Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, A13.

This Premiere 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers a peaceful hillside setting, beautiful Caribbean views, and a convenient location near the resort lobby, Terrace Pool, and Lionfish Grill. Ideal for couples, A13 sleeps up to 2 guests and provides a comfortable setting for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway.

The villa features a king bedroom, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable indoor living spaces with ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and patio. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the patio, relax in lounge seating, and take in views of St. John, Jost Van Dyke, and the sparkling Caribbean waters.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

I had an absolute greay stay. The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The breeze was so good that we didn't have to turn on the air conditioner until we went to sleep at night. Although we didn't cook, there were plenty of supplies there to cook with. Communication was great with the host. They even sent thorough directions on how to arrive to the resort from the airport. The entire resort was gorgeous. I even got some good exercise walking to the onsite restaurant, Margaritaville and Coki beach. I definitely recommend this unit.

Parking was rough. Security person got frustrated with me one evening when I was waiting for a parking space and he was blocking the road because I couldn’t see that there were no parking spaces. Other than that everyone was kind and helpful.

Hillside paradise

We loved the resort condo in this very well run resort complex. They were very good to communicate with on arrival and had our keys waiting at the guard shack when we arrived late at night. They have a wonderful pool and a cute private beach.We will definately stay here again!

Great location with Beautiful view

We stayed at this unit at point pleasant resort where the view was amazing. The room was really clean and comfortable with a kitchen. The location was wonderful that we were able to walk to several beaches. The pool was clean and not crowded, and the staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely come back to stay here and recommend to any couples.

Amazing view! Lovley atomosphere!

From the time we arrived to the day we left everything was perfect! The staff at the resort was friendly and helpful. The room was just as described. The bed was comfortable and the patio was perfect! Exactly as pictured!

A comfortable little studio with everything to make your stay in st Thomas comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom plus a few beach chairs and umbrella! The pictures depicted the space accurately and the sunrise ocean view was incredible. There was not a lot of parking on the resort but I was able to find parking whenever I needed it. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again.

Picture Perfect

The room was absolutely amazing, the view from the porch was amazing as well. The restaurant near by, Ocean 180 was awesome. I had the best yellow fin tuna I have ever had there. The hostess (Yolanda) and server (Kyle) were great, along with all the other help there. I would definitely recommend staying here. My wife and I come to the Island often and will try to stay in this exact space again. LOVED IT!!!!!!! Fred Blaine

Wonderful getaway on St. Thomas

We had a wonderful 5 days at Point Pleasant. The unit was clean and bright and the gardens were well cared for. It's quiet and away from the hub of Red Hook, but close enough by taxi (or scooter if you're brave enough) for more lively entertainment. We loved the lanai and the view for breakfast every morning and cocktails in the evening. The pool was close by and Coki Beach was an easy walk for great swimming and snorkeling. Go early as it gets busy! The Sun and Sea bar and grill has good bar food and drinks. We hope to return one day!

Lacking basics

The view from condo is beautiful. The unit itself was well equipped. Shortcomings included no generator so we were out of power for 12+ hours, brown toilet water which grew mold, and pool furniture that was torn and unusable. We paid premium rental rates for a sub par facility.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the scenic views and beautiful villa. We do apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. The whole entire island experienced an electrical outage. This was out of the villa's control as it was the electrical company that had an interruption in their service. The water you saw in the toilets were not brown but it was our recyclable water we use as we try to be a bit more eco friendly since in the islands most buildings have to supply their own water using cisterns. We will have our maintenance team remove all torn furniture by the pools. Once again we apologize for the inconveniences. We hope you will give Point Pleasant a second chance.
