What is the cancellation policy?

Please read our Cancellation policy carefully as it depends on which resort you book through us according to the name of the Developer:

Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.

61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - $50 cancellation fee

60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellations +$50 cancellation fee



This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

All resort villas feature a spacious two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath floorplan, with plenty of room to accommodate the whole family thanks totwo balconies, a king-size bed, two twin-size beds, and a pullout sofa. Each two-story unit includes air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen(with dishwasher), two televisions, two fireplaces, two balconies, and a jetted tub.
