The entire cottage is available for a nightly rate. Only one guest group per cottage. There are 2 bedrooms, a sunroom, and 1 large bathroom. There is a private back patio and fenced in yard.

We offer you a private place to stay while you enjoy the local wineries, restaurants, and entertainment.

The Vintners Cottage on Armstrong welcomes everyone especially kids and our furry friends!

The Vintners Cottage has a cozy living room with a fireplace, television and DVD, and a romantic dining room. The property is fenced and offers a private screened in patio and outside patio to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or to just enjoy the peaceful countryside.

The Studio V is a spacious open area with a queen bed, electric fireplace, private bath and kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator.

The Studio is located behind the Vintners cottage and the entire property is fenced and offers a shared outside patio and fire pit.

The properties are located in the countryside of Lodi. This area is rural so technology can be "spotty" at times. We have a Verizon Mobile Wifi device and Direct TV in both units but since we are located in the country, service is not always fast and reliable. We would advise a back up plan if these are mandatory during your stay.

The Driving instructions to reach the Cottage and Studio will be provided to you via email once you have booked your stay.

Perfect

We all enjoyed staying at the cottage. This was our second time there. Our dog also loved the front and back yards. The home is cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that my husband and I are going back again for our anniversary.

Vintage Paradise

The house is surrounded by trees. It has a large front yard and porch swing. and The backyard has a tree swing and a new hammock. The house is well furnished with everything you’ll need. The beds are comfy. I highly recommend this property for family stays.

vintner's cottage

The small home, not really a cottage, is well-maintained and is a beautiful home. (small issues with lights not working and jacuzzi not functional) The home was quite clean and very comfortable. Arriving to a 52 degree house at night wasn't much fun and took 3 hours to heat up. Finding the home at night was challenging. The biggest drawback is the traffic noise from highway 99 which is right there. It is an extremely busy highway.

Exactly what we wanted

Traveling with two small dogs who can bark on occasion, we wanted to stay in a house vs a hotel on our way from Palm Springfield back to Oregon. (The small pet fee was no more than hotels charge). It work perfectly, and the 2 night stay allowed us to do some wine tasting one day. Our only suggestion would be to add a light for the back yard. The house felt a bit isolated and when taking the dogs potty at night we would have felt better with some light. Not a big deal, just a suggestion. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazingly Comfortable Home!

This home leaves you in need of nothing. The living room and bedroom furniture could not be more inviting or comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need for a lengthy stay which we wish we could have done. The backyard is huge with plenty of room for our dog to run and play. We loved the vintage touches of an older home in immaculate condition. Check-in and out was easy. If you are looking for a home-away-from-home, this is the place!

Clean, well-stocked, as advertised, convenient location. Great big back yard that we didn't have time to enjoy. We'll have to come back for another visit soon!
