We had cold showers our first day and the steps were too steep for our dogs to climb or come down on their own. We had trouble unlocking the door so we had to leave the sliding glass door unlocked to get in. I’m also not sure why I was charged an extra 39.99 after leaving cuz we kept it very clean
This cabin is 10 minutes from the slopes and surrounded by mountains. Perfect for a family of 5 to warm up and get some rest. We ate at a brewery which was right around the corner. The food was great there. I believe it was called Bear Water Brewery. The cabin is cozy meaning small but was plenty of room for us. The loft has two mattresses on the floor because of ceiling height. It fit all 3 boys fine. Ages 14-12 and 7. Would definitely stay here again.
I guess it's an ok place to stay if you want to save money but even at the price we left a day early because we were not comfortable. We were given one towel each for 3 days and did not ask for more as the instructions said not to. They were nice enough but after buying towels and leaving early it turned out pricey for us. Fine if you just want a place to sleep and will be gone all day every day but not for us. Needs updating and cleaning badly!

Maggie Valley Cabin Rentals/ Maggie Valley Yurts + Tiny Log Cabins was originally established in 2005.
We started with just the 6 Tiny Cabins, sitting on 2 acres. Someone was living on the 6 acres where Yurt Village is now, and we were very happy with just the cabins...Long story short, The 6 acres came for sale in 2020 and we jumped at the chance to expand. We wanted to share more of Maggie Valley with our guests, and Yurt Village was born. We cleared the property, found the old farming road bed, and started laying out the property around all of the streams, and springheads (there were a lot). We have since built and opened our 5 Luxury Yurts and guests are loving the experience.
* It is worth mentioning that we will not be building anymore...we want our guests and all of our animal friends to enjoy the property as it was intended!
We have welcomed well over 10,000 guests thru the years, and we can't wait to welcome you, your family and your friends to Maggie Valley!
Come glamp with us in Maggie Valley...Reconnect with Nature at this unforgettable escape!
