About this property

Stunning beach house with a private pool and gardens.

This is not a party house, if you are looking to host a party this is not the property for you, we have a no noise policy after 9pm and a no excessive noise or loud music policy during the day, we also live in the property next door. Only the number of guests on the booking are permitted at the property without prior approval.

Located within walking distance or a 2 minute drive to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, this home has everything that you need and is the perfect place to stay. Perfect for families with kids too with a fully enclosed garden. This property has a no party or event policy.

After a day at the beach kick back and enjoy your own private retreat, the perfect outdoor area for a glass of wine, reading a book or lazing around the pool.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms. One room with a King bed another with a queen bed, and a third with a double bunk with a single on top. A travel cot is available upon request.

The brand new fully equipped kitchen has everything that you could ask for including an Nespresso Coffee Machine, Juicer, ice cream maker, microwave, bread maker, pizza maker and pantry items.
Bed Linen and towels are included.
There is a front loader washing machine for you to use - with complimentary wash liquid.
Make the most of the amazing alfresco kitchen BBQ area for breakfast, lunch or dinner and pick your veggies and herbs from the vegetable garden.

Lovely break

Property fresh, clean and as seen in pictures. Host there to greet us and show us around property. Good amount of amenities and kitchen appliances. Quiet location with plenty little cafes and shops within walking distance as well as the beach. Very relaxing stay would recommend to others.

Amazing house

The house itself was amazing, very clean and great location. I did not realise when the owner said they lived next door that this is actually the same block. The owner has two separate houses on the one block and they are in and out of the driveway and walking around the block all day long. We were all in the pool area and the owners kept walking past for use of the garage/driveway where you feel that they are looking in to the property. Makes it feel as though you are constantly being checked up on with not much privacy at all. Other than that the property is amazing
