This property was just as advertised. A great location, lovely and clean. Excellent communication and very suitable for our family group. We would definitely stay again.
We had a comfortable stay over Christmas. The house was clean on arrival and is in a great location, just a short walk to the restaurants and bars, which was very convenient.Colin was an excellent host, extremely responsive and always ready with helpful local recommendations.The property suited our group of six well, and we found it comfortable overall. For larger groups, the communal areas might feel a bit limited since there isn’t quite enough seating in the living area for everyone at once. Also, there weren’t any speakers or a TV in the main space, so adding a few more amenities could make it feel even more homely and inviting.Overall, it was a good stay in a great spot with a very attentive host. We’d happily recommend it, especially for smaller groups

The accommodation suits large groups, up to 12 guests and has all amenities detailed on the listing. For clarity: the lounge provides six chairs plus a four‑seater sofa, the dining table comfortably seats eight, there are also four stools at the breakfast bar and a balcony table for four both adjacent to table. We don’t place a TV or speakers in the open‑plan second‑floor communal area to avoid noise filling the communal areas but a large dedicated theatre room with a TV is available as listed.
Hi, we had 7 crew members staying from a Superyacht which was being refitted in Henderson, the property was close enough to work, but far enough away to disconnect from work in the evening with the house located 2 mins walk to the beach and very nice bars and restaurants. The house accommodated us with enough space for all and the service from Colin was on point with no issues. Thank you Colin for the stay, much appreciated! we will be back.

A lot of feedback
A large modern house located in a great area. Easy walking to beach, bars, cafes.We were surprised by there being no tvs in the house. This was not clearly indicated anywhere within the booking, a tv was supplied the following day but was glitchy. For such a large property advertising family friendly, the lack of facilities was disappointing.The laminated rules displayed around was also uninviting. House was clean, although outside needed some attention, cobwebs around the entrances.Check in time at 4pm was something I have not came across before.

Thank you for your feedback Leonie. We value your comments to help us improve. I understand that you & your group are new to STAYZ/VRBO. While the TV was installed without issue, to your guests satisfaction, we found that the set top box was damaged during your stay after your departure, which we will need to address for future guests. While we recognise that an absence of multiple TVs may be inconvenient, all amenities are clearly listed in our property description. Our large property requires 5-6 hours to prepare, hence the 4:00pm check in, however you were offered 3:00pm check in when the property was ready. Regarding laminated messages there are only two for guest safety & comfort, which is well below average for most listings.
We are a well established 5-star super host listed property, nevertheless open to feedback to help enhance our guests experience.
