Beautiful Californian Bungalow Family Home set is a tree lined street in Malvern East. Close to train, tram, parks, shops (4 mins to Chadstone), and bike trails. Peaceful north facing backyard with resort style garden with solar heated pool. 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 seperate living areas is perfect for a large family or two small families. A basket ball ring is located in the front yard. Parties and events are not allowed.
The space
Enjoy the North facing rear graden with swimming pool, outdoor lounge, table for 8, and BBQ surrounded by a beatiful garden.
Ducted evaporative cooling through out for the summer. Wood fires and ducted heating in the winter.
Large family area with cathederal ceiling provides a light fresh space for the whole family to enjoy. A smaller lounge area with heritage features including an open fireplace allows a separation and relaxation. The dining area caters for a large group in comfort.
Bedroom One - King Sized bed, drawers and hanging space.
