Thank you for your comments and feedback. Unfortunately we don't have any record of you contacting us after departure with your reported issues. We have reviewed the heating in this unit and everything is working perfectly, so not sure what issues you encountered, but we would have been happy to assist you during your stay. We have 24hr emergency maintenance who could have assisted on site. Again, we are very sorry you had a problem with the heat, and can assure that there have been no further reports and everything is working adequately. Thank you, Mammoth Reservations Team

Hi Gail, This has been brought to property managements attention. We value your feedback. Warmly, Mammoth Reservations Team

Hello and thank you for your review of this property. We appreciate the comments and will certainly look into the mattress, and the refrigerator ice maker. The boilers are central to the whole building so we will also follow up with the property managers to see if there is anything that can be done to raise the temperature. The garage code is in the check-in documents, point #6 so just a little bit more reading required. You are correct that no garage opener or FOB is provided, there are no remotes for these types of garages. We will certainly again mention the suggestion to the property manager. Thanks again for your review and don't forget on your next visit to use the returning guest discount. UPDATE: The mattress has now been replaced with a brand new mattress.

Thank you for your review, and we are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. It is very peaceful and quiet being on the end at the Eagle Run community. We look forward to welcoming you back soon and don't forget to use the returning guest discount next time. Thanks, MR Team
