Quick girlsweekend/co-worker weekend

Three of us came to Asheville for a quick girls weekend. The property was spotless and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the porches were great for morning coffee. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The area felt very safe and walkable. Would most certainly stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful and well equipped condo, restaurants and amenities are walking distance, extremely well maintained and clean. Toiletries included, nice bedding and towels.

Easy, convenient, as advertised

Property was very neat, clean, accessible. Easy to and from. Well maintained. The email communication was thorough and complete, easily understandable. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 for communication only because I was not given a phone number to call in case I had an emergency, only an email address. Although, there were no issues for which any call was needed. I would stay at this location again.

This property is located NEXT DOOR to “Daddy Mac’s”. Live LOUD LOUD music until 2 am. Not to mention the drunk LOUD patrons leaving at closing. Improved slightly after the first night when I contacted the local police. This issue should be addressed with local authorities and disclosed before leasing.

Awesome, comfortable, clean condo in a great location

We rented this condo during the week, so the price was beyond reasonable. The unit is huge, spotless, and has two great balconies. We walked downtown every day. The street noise could get a bit loud, it didn't really bother us but may consider investing in fans/sound makers for lighter sleepers. The TV was also very slow and didn't work at times, however since we didn't watch it often, we never brought this up to the host. Highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back some day soon! Thank you!

conveniently located for walking to pretty much anywhere downtown. Plenty to do close by. Our only complaint is noise from the street and the other units in the building. The walls and windows seem very thin for such a high-end condo

We enjoyed the central location of the condo, just up from the breweries and walking distance to many great restaurants. Checkin was easy, and the place was very clean, exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Big city vibe

Condo is wonderful. Super clean. Huge. Feels very secure. Location is right in the center of everything. But, if you’re not someone who loves city life, or has not lived in a big city, be ready for all the things that go with that lifestyle. Fire station is about a quarter mile away. Expect sirens after midnight. Neighborhood bars are great in the day, but remember, they stay open till 1 or 2 am. Dogs bark down the hall and the neighbor’s kids cry. We enjoyed our stay, and loved the city, but remember why we moved to the country. It’s all about perspective.
