Our home was completely updated in fall of 2020... with luxury plank flooring, premium carpeting, all new bathrooms and new stainless appliances in the kitchen. The 3 bedroom home is also freshly painted throughout. Book with confidence knowing our home exceeds typcial vacation rental standards. It is stocked with fresh linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing sunny stay.

Two of three bedrooms come with new king sized beds equipped with cooling memory foam to ensure a restful sleep. Need to work while you're away from home? We've got you covered in the third bedroom/office with a desk, printer, and High-Speed Internet connected by mesh WiFi.

When you arrive, you’ll find the house supplied with paper products, soap, shampoo and a "welcome basket" with coffee, hot chocolate, assorted teas, instant oatmeal, and a few snacks to get you started. We're looking forward to have you as our guests for a wonderful stay in Sun City!
Our home is conveniently located and close to several golf courses, recreation centers, local events, hospitals, and medical offices. Shopping is a breeze with Costco, Sam's Club, major grocery chain stores, and the Arrowhead Mall only minutes away. So many great spots to grab a bite just minutes away too.
You'll find easy access to the major roads and highways getting you to local attractions including Spring Training games, ISM Raceway (Nascar and Indycar), Phoenix Open Golf Tournament, Final Four, Super Bowl, etc. There are plenty of opportunities to venture out and explore other great areas such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, Scottsdale, Tucson and much more.
