Comfortable place in a great location

Nice comfortable place, very suitable for 2 adults with 1 child. Location is brilliant, very accessible to shops, beach, walks and things to do. We had issues gaining access to the keys, and the host was fantastic in helping us to resolve the issue. I'm very happy to recommend the unit as a comfortable place to stay.

Neat and tidy

Small comfortable property for our family of 4! Beds were comfy and lots of blankets for warmth. Only complaint is the squealing shower, but aside from the noise - a great shower.

I recently spent 2 delightful weeks at Family Friendly Mt Martha Unit. Excellent location, really comfy queen size bed, nicely air conditioned. The only criticizm I have is the shower over bath with no handles to help navigate †he climb. For an older citizen it was quite scary.

For our purposes visiting friends and family, the unit could not have been better.

Overall, very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. But the toilet seat and cover badly needs repair and is actually dangerous. Front landing clearly has concrete cancer and the ballustrade is way, way too low and potentially dangerous.
