The Manse - Queenscliff

With all the charming characteristics of a bygone era, whilst a modern extension provides the comforts of today. This 3-bedroom property, complimented by a central bathroom plus formal and informal living spaces, has too many features to list.

With hydronic heating, a split system air-conditioner and ceiling fans, this property is perfect all year round. Located a mere 100 metres from the cute shopping and cafe precinct of Queenscliff and only 350 metres from the sheltered front beach (450 m from the magnificent Rip View Beach). You won't need the car!

The modern hostess kitchen makes entertaining a breeze with 900ml oven and gas cooktop, Microwave and Dishwasher, whilst an open plan lounge/dining area flows seamlessly to a north facing entertaining patio. The main living area boasts flat screen TV, DVD and Stereo CD System, while the separate front living room includes another flat screen TV and DVD player.

Enjoy the sunshine on the large wrap around veranda or have a BBQ in the backyard around the outdoor entertaining area. With off-street parking, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy the spoils of a seaside lifestyle amidst charming surrounds of historic Queenscliff.

Very comfortable and roomy appropriate for family stay
As the weather was very wintery house had my favourite heating with excellent instructions. Only one comment not complaint I suggest The lighting in the front bedroom could be improved as very dark on dull day and hard to read at night

Fantastic location, great house
We really enjoyed our stay in Queenscliff at The Manse. Location is fantastic, the house is large enough for two groups to stay comfortably (two living areas) and it was very clean. Walking distance to everything meant we didn’t have to drive at all. Highly recommended.
