The enclosed sun room is the ideal spot to spend the afternoon reading a book or relaxing and watching the local wildlife at your back door with an abundance of bird life and local wallabies regularly visiting. The property is conveniently located and is walking distance to clubs, the CBD and the beach. The undercover entertainment area with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ is great for summer and enjoying the bushland backdrop. The back yard is not fenced and backs onto the Woolgoolga Reserve.
