The kitchen is also remodeled and modern, perfect for dining as it is fully equipped to make your favorite meals. The backyard includes an outdoor living room and patio dining. Situated 3 miles from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of water activities or enjoying great shops and restaurants in Bixby(Brewery) Knolls and don't miss First Fridays, or at The Pike. 30 mins no traffic from Disneyland, Santa Monica, downtown LA. 10 mins to beach, Queen Mary, Aquarium. There is a level 2 charger at the home to charge your electric vehicle, the electric fee if for use of the charger, if not used - does not apply.

We are active travelers and grandparents. Looking to spend more time with our grandkids around the country and exploring the world We are into health and fitness, the outdoors, and sharing great times with friends and family.
Why they chose this property
We bought this home because we loved the neighborhood. Historic homes, lots of trees, very diverse mix of people, and very comfortable for us. Lots of great restaurants, and cool shops. Bixby Knolls First Fridays showcases the neighborhood business and artists. Meanwhile the freeway access to the 710(downtown, the Valley), 405(westside, OC, San Diego), b05(Pasadena), 22(Disneyland), the 110(Hollywood) as well as the beach and Long Beach's great biking/jogging trails is fantastic.
What makes this property unique
Offstreet Parking. Nice patio and bar-b-cue in back. TV streams thousands of channels. VOIP phones lets you call anywhere at no additional cost, as well as locally so you won't have to use an international phone. Unlimited data on the wifi. Kitchen equipped with all you need to fix your meals.
