Cozy ocean oriented town home - short walk to beach

The villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Seascape 3064 is a nicely decorated two-story townhome located across the street from one of the best beaches on the island. This villa does have free wifi. The main level of this villa has a spacious living and dining area. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck located off of the living room overlooking the pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern-day appliances and has a nice pass-through to the dining room and there is a washer/dryer set off to the side.

The second floor has two nicely sized bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two full-sized beds with a bathroom across the hall.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was adequate and clean. Bathrooms very small, kitchen also small narrow. Drawers don't open and hit each other due to pie shaped kitchen. Pull out couch matress not usable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an enjoyable experience. The villa is in a good location with the beach in walking distance and close to things you might need. The pool is also right outside your door. Overall the condition of the villa is good:. However, the livngroom rug is stained , very thin and needs to be removed or replaced. Also, the kitchen is well stocked but needs additional silverware.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall location was good. Access to the beach was good . Carpets and Bedding were very dirty. Bedding had a lot of stains. We had to run the vacuum when we arrived the carpets were dirty. Hot water ran out very quickly .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this rental for an extended period of time - 10 weeks total - so it became home. We enjoyed the location and the proximity to the beach, with access to restrooms on the beach, was priceless. The unit itself was nice, but in the long term it was difficult for my husband who has a disability, making the many steps a challenge. There are stairs to reach the front door, stairs to reach the main floor and then stairs to the second floor, where the only two restrooms are located. For short term stays and people without limited mobility, this wouldn't be an issue. We appreciated the beach chairs. New mattress in the master was nice and most furniture was in good condition. Kitchen supplies could use an upgrade or freshening. The master bath could definitely use a remodel as it smells strongly of mold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay on HHI and the location of this property was a big part of that, allowing us to walk the beach daily.
