About this property

Welcome to Island House 109! Island House is a short walk to the beach, as well as Coligny Plaza and the new family friendly Celebration Park. This villa is on the first-floor and is just steps to the pool.

Upon entering the unit, you will find the open living space. A dining room table with seating for 4 and additional bench seating for 2 or 3 more making it perfect to host your next family meal. Just beyond the dining area, you will find the comfy living room. Equipped with a sectional sofa (April 2024), flat screen TV. A glass sliding door leads you to the patio with outdoor seating for four and gas grill overlooking the lush Hilton Head nature and landscapes.

The galley style kitchen is just around the corner. With all full-size appliances. Located in an alcove just off the kitchen is a washer/dryer for your laundry needs.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with a large shower tub combination. Down the hallway is the guest bathroom featuring a shower tub combination and the second bedroom which features a queen-size and a twin-size bed.

Besides your car, bikes are a great way to see and experience the island. There are 64 miles of improved trails that traverse the entire island. There are various shuttle buses and golf cart shuttles that can help you get to Coligny Plaza and other nearby points of interest. They have stops on the street right in front of Island House. The walking / bike paths also allow visitors to travel easily by foot. Harbor Town is a highlight of most visitor's trip to see the famous historic lighthouse and listen to nightly music in the summer under the several hundred-year-old oak tree. Historic Savannah, Georgia is about a 45 minutes’ drive. Take Highway 17 for a scenic route.

Perfect condo

Clean, convenient, well equipped condo. The location is close to everything. Condo is neat and clean and has all you will need while there. This end unit allows for privacy while on the patio. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Homey Beach house with pool in our backyard!

We had a great stay! Very clean & plenty of space for me, my husband, 18 year old twin daughters & two small dogs. The pool was literally in our backyard- just a few quick steps away. You can walk to the beach & even Caligny Plaza or rent bikes. Great ground floor location for letting out dogs. Lots of kitchen supplies & extra beach chairs & beach wagon. Very homey. I wish we had stayed longer!

Well Maintained Unit

The unit was clean with good seating and bedroom set ups. The kitchen had ample kitchen utensils and there was a closet with beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to haul it to the beach (7-10 minute walk).

Great location with a less than 10 minute walk to the beach and less than 50 feet to the pool. Short walk to many restaurants and entertainment options.
