Summary:
Experience the elegance of a royal getaway in this stunning condo within the historic Hearne Mansion. The Space:
The space is a one bedroom condo that resides within a larger mansion. Our full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you will need to cook a fine meal. There is a grab bar in the shower for those who need it! This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. And there is a reserved parking space just for you, with a charger for electronic vehicles!
Guest Access:
There is a smart lock on the entry door so you will be able to enter with a lock code that we will send to you prior to your stay. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
This space is located in the historic Licking Riverside neighborhood in Covington. It is full of beautifully restored historic homes that will leave you feeling as though you stepped back in time. It is only steps away from local coffee shops/restaurants and only a mile from downtown Cincinnati and all that it has to offer.
Getting Around:
There is an on-site parking space which will allow you to travel about easily with a car or you can use Uber/Lyft for a reasonable fare.
Other Things to Note:
We do have a decibel monitoring system that is required by the Homeowners Association (HOA) so that we can monitor to make sure guests maintain a reasonable volume... AKA, no parties allowed.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city.
Larger vehicles will not be allowed to park in the designated parking area.
Interaction with Guests:
We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.
We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.
Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
