Okay for a weekend stay

The house was okay for a quick weekend getaway. It was 10-15 mins from every place we wanted to go. I will say the beds weren’t the best but I did enjoy the house only having a tv in one room. The temperature only being able to go to 75 was fine only because it was late September and the weather was cool.

Great Location and Cozy Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Home was nice and cozy. Location was convenient and close to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Home had all the amenities needed as well as adequate space for 6 adults. Beds were comfortable. There were no TVs in the bedrooms, with only one in the living room. That's mainly a preference for us but it required us to gather and be together instead of being off in individual rooms watching TV. Home is well taken care of and clean.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this home. It met our needs and a good location between historic Savannah and beach days to Tybee Island. A very clean and comfortable space. We did have to move the couch bc we dropped the tv remote and found a couple of socks and fuzzies under it. We learned to maneuver the fridge. Its door has a tight seal and moved out if you were not careful to hold it in place. It kept our drinks very cold. The laundry facilities made it nice to wash up our beach towels and items, of course after shaking the sand out at the beach. Lovely place to stay. The back patio was a great place to drink coffee in the morning. We did not use it in the evening bc we vacationed during high heat advisories. It has a gas grill for bbq.

Poorly appointed house

This house had the bare minimum for what we needed. We had to wash plates and bowls after every meal because there was only 4-6 of everything - including utensils. No hand towels and exactly four bath towels. No dressers for clothes and limited bedside tables (I had no lamp to read by and had to place my book and phone on the floor). Even though the house says it sleeps 6, there is only room for 4 to sit in the "den" and both the indoor and outdoor tables seat 4. The "den" furniture is uncomfortable and appears to actually be outdoor furniture. My mother joined us for dinner and we had no place for all 5 of us to eat. We have rented a lot of houses through the years and this was our worst experience by far.

Awesome stay!

I gave this 5 stars because it was an amazing stay! The check in/out was contactless and easy. The house was very clean, spacious and had all of the necessities. Right in the middle of Tybee island and Savannah. The house is pretty bare, not a lot of extras but we were only there to sleep so it worked out fine. Quiet neighborhood with fenced in backyard for privacy! 100% would recommend and will be going back !

The check in and check out process was super easy and convenient. The location was also really nice for being in the middle of downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. The only issue with the house was it wasn't in the best shape for a renter coming in from out of town. Not all of the outlets work, there's no big trash can for the house to use--just small ones in the bathrooms and a very tiny one in a kitchen cabinet, no wash cloths, few towels, no shampoo, no trash bags. Basically it's just an empty home and anything you need during your stay you need to go buy. Again, not a bad place, but nothing spectacular either.

No Bang for Your Buck

The bathrooms weren't cleaned at all when we got there. The last person who was there left their shampoo and conditioner, and it wasn't taken out. The sinks were dirty. The drain in both the tub and the shower in the master bathroom barely worked. You would have to wait until it completely drained out, or take a shower in a pool of water. The heating system only worked in the daytime at 73°. At night, the thermostat dropped down to 64° without us even touching it, and produced cold air. We had to hang a makeshift curtain for privacy in the dining area as well. Please if you can, do not rent this house until the repairs are made..

Cute & Clean

The property is cute & very clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has ample room for setup & cooking and the deck is great for being outside. There is a lot more seating in the living room then the pictures show. Since we had three couples it would have been nice to have six of each of the small & large plates (bring paper plates). We saw the table pictures that only sat 4, so we brought a folding 6 person table & chairs. I might suggest that there be a foldable luggage rack in the bedroom closets since most of us travel with suitcases & it's a little tough working from the floor for this old guy.

Great for us

We had a great time renting this property. The neighborhood was quiet and just far enough away from the city itself. Lyfts to city locations cost $15-30 depending on the time. The only problem my friends and I had were: the trash was completely full when we first arrived, and the master bathroom shower did not drain. Other than this we had a good time renting this property.

Quaint and clean

Property was very clean and quaint. If you want a low cost nice home with the bare minimum then you'll be satisfied. I would have given it 5 stars if it would've had a few extras such as more than 2 pillows on each queen size bed, and a small dresser to store clothing. There were no dressers for clothing. A full size couch would've been nice. Overall Satisfied though.
