About this property

House 4/6 Peop Pool 3 bathrooms. Pedestrian access to the beachs of Palombaggia.

House ideally located at 300m of the beautiful beach of Palombaggaia (Tamaricciu). The beach is at 5 minutes walking. It is also possible to go at the beach in the car, the carpark being behind the beach.
Exceptional panoramic view on the sea, the South Coast of Corsica and Sardinia. New building of very great comfort completely glazed on the panorama.
2 bedrooms with each one a separate bathroom and WC.
A mezzanine with a double bed and shower room.
The bedding can be arranged of 6 single beds with 3 double beds.
Large living room and space meal. Kitchen very equipped.
Covered Terrace with barbecue for the meals and large terrace of relaxation in the garden.
The beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, are among the most beautiful beaches of Corsica: translucent water, white sand bays bordered of umbrella pines. Possibility to rest on the deckchairs of the beach restaurants, bathe, diving in the marine reserve of Cerbicales. Palombaggia is near the mountains of Alta Rocca with his large maritime pine forests, its snow in winter and its torrents of fresh water in summer.
Bonifacio, medieval beautiful city suspended at the top of a cliff above the sea, is at 25km (30mn). The area of the extreme South of Corsica is favourable at all the outdoor sports and nature.
Bioclimatic house. Air conditioning is ensured by a well Of Provence and the refreshing floors. It is not the air-conditioned one.

5 ⭐️plus! Objekt wie beschrieben, nur in real noch toller! Der Vermieter war total nett und jederzeit greifbar, als wir Fragen zum Kühlschrank und WLAN hatten. Einziges Detail, das mir vorher nicht klar war: es gibt direkte Nachbarn, die im angrenzenden Nachbarhaus wohnen. Die Poolnutzung war aber nur durch uns gedacht, so dass es überhaupt keine Einschränkung war. Die Woche war ein absoluter Traum! 🤩

Sehr schönes Haus, was modern erstellt wurde, sich aber perfekt in die Umgebung anpasst, da es sehr liebevoll mit tollen Materialien und Farben gebaut wurde. Hoher Komfort, toller Endlos Pool, gute Küche. Viel schöner geht es nicht. Der Blick, den man permanent durch die Großen Fenster genießen kann, ist an Schönheit kaum zu überbieten

A ne pas manquer

Très belle villa, bien aménagée, belles prestations, vue magnifique, plusieurs espaces à l'extérieur tous aussi agréables les uns que les autres, une piscine à débordement qui fait rêver, à 5 minutes de la plage de Tamaricciu à pied, un propriétaire à l'écoute et qui connait très bien la Corse. Nous la recommandons fortement.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette maison nichée au coeur de la nature. La villa est magnifique, moderne et très bien équipée. Attention cependant à l'accès en voiture, ne pas prévoir de voiture trop basse. A 5min à pieds de la plage et à proximité de Porto Vecchio, cela en fait un parfait endroit pour visiter la région du Sud Corse. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

La maison est magnifique, avec une superbe vue sur Palombaggia. Seulement 5 minutes de marche de la plage de Palombaggia, où plusieurs restaurants sont encore ouverts aux vacances de la Toussaint. La maison est très agréable et Emmanuel très sympa. A louer sans hésitation pour un famille avec enfants.

Stunning Sea View

We highly enjoyed our stay in the house. Mr. Clement is a great host who welcomed us and our three girls warmely, he is well organized and answers back right away. The house is spacious, with high quality equipment and great indoor and outdoor facilities. Only the mosquitos at this time of the year can be a bit annoying in the evening. The view of the coastline from the living room and the terrace is absolutely stunning. Beautiful Palombaggia Beach- and restaurants are reachable in walking distance. We had a great stay. Thank you!
