New house in a gated community, featuring rustic and modern architecture, a cosy atmosphere, two stories, a balcony, and a gourmet area with a barbecue, shower, and a private pool with a waterfall and deck, located in Praia do Marceneiro, just a few steps from the beach.<br><br>The space<br>The house has 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people.<br><br>It features 2 suites and a semi-suite, a balcony with a hammock, a living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a gourmet area that will make you not even want to go to the beach.<br><br>The master suite has a double bed and a trundle bed, a TV, and a beautiful balcony with a hammock.<br><br>The second suite has one double bed and one single bed, which can comfortably accommodate three people.<br><br>The Semi-Suite has a double bed and a comfortable sofa in the living room. All rooms have closets and air conditioning; we also offer a parking space and Wi-Fi.
