This lovely 2-bedroom condo, just a short walk from the beach, offers stunning bay views and access to an outdoor pool—perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, Free WiFi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. It is non-smoking throughout the condo and building, and pets are not allowed. The property accommodates up to 7 guests and offers mini-week rentals all summer. Please note that sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied, but a linen package can be rented for an extra charge.

Condo is very conveniently located around lots of restaurants and things to do with kids. Drive to boardwalk was easy. You do need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels to shower, which I read late; however, we did find a walmart about 20 mins away and was able to get those items. We drove so it was ok to pack those things in our car but if you are flying, be mindful. Our unit itself could have been cleaner as our tubs had sand in them and toilets were ok. Also, check out is very early (10am) however they expect you to wash blankets and mattress covers and be out by 10am. the washer & dryer takes about an hour for one load-so just be mindful you will need to wake up very early day of checkout. overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I'm so thankful to have found such a great condo for a mini week stay. This place was perfect for my family. I was amazed at how large the balcony was. The only small complaints I have is there weren't enough luggage carts, and checking in/out was inconvenient since we had to go to Resort Rentals office down on 36th street from 81st. All in all it was an excellent stay.

Nice place reasonably priced would rent the place again. Setup was perfect. 2nd bedroom had a King Bed & a twin bed. It was comfortable. Would go back there again.

End of summer get away

This was a great location, family friendly. The pool is convenient, the beach is a short walk away and great restaurants all around. The condo was clean and spacious. Beautiful views of the bay. Only complaint was first day we didn’t know how important the pool code is. We had to make a trip back to the condo for the pool code. They will not let you in if you don’t know the code, even if you have pool passes.
