Situated on a corner lot, this property offers sweeping views of the beach from the living room, bedroom, and loft area, with decks off the living room and loft. Enjoy having the whole family under one roof, with steps leading directly to the beach so the kids can run in and out. The complex includes an outdoor pool and is close to many midtown restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The townhouse is equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TVs, VCR, 4 DVD players, phone, free Wi-Fi (not guaranteed), and central A/C. There is parking for 4 cars, and the unit is non-smoking with no pets allowed. Rents Sunday to Sunday. Occupancy: 12.
