Very flexible. We were there for the Oceans Calling Festival which was cancelled. Flooding prevented me from getting to the office after a late check in and we worked it out. Nice property. Parking spaces are a little tight but it was nice to have assigned spots.

This is a wonderful townhouse with great proximity to all ocean city activities. The kitchen is well stocked and there are several TVs, board games, books, and DVDs. There are some beach toys for the kids and the hosts are professionals. Bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. as it’s not provided. The linen package was convenient and worth it. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay here. So close to everything. You basically can park and then walk to all the attractions near you. The space was comfortable (we are a family of four). I do wish that you didn’t have to pay a linen/towels package as that is typically included but not a deal breaker. Overall, we would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Sandy pause iii

The unit was wonderful, great location, parking and plenty of amenities. Resort rentals was wonderful to deal with and even called and texted to let us know the unit was ready
