The perfect spot for kayaking and canoeing! Just drop your canoe or kayak in front of the house. Enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee on the magnificent deck with water views; relax in this home's quiet setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.

This home boasts air conditioning (ductless a/c units) throughout the house as well as wireless internet access. There is room for everyone in this rental with lots of living space, expansive deck facing the water, comfortable sunroom, and open family room/kitchen.

You can also enjoy your privacy in the master bedroom with King bed, private bath with shower, deck with outdoor furniture and water views, and a television on the first floor. Also on the first floor there is a bedroom with a Double bed across from bath with tub and shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bath with a tub and shower. The first bedroom has two Twins and second bedroom has a Queen bed. All four bedrooms have wonderful water views.

A Convection oven, front loading washer/dryer (located on the first floor), and two flat screen televisions add to this property. Make sure to jump in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day on the pond or at the beach. Just a short distance to town and Oyster Pond Beach, you can wander down from the house straight to the Fourth of July parade and other activities in town. This is well maintained home in an exquisite location with amazing water views, truly a wonderful opportunity you won't want to pass up.
