Walk to town and beach from this updated 3BR house in historic Chatham
Recently renovated for 2025 to include updated bathrooms and new furnishings. NEW photos coming soon! A fantastic, family rental steps from Main Street and Veterans Field. Completely updated throughout and located on a quiet dead-end street, just off the beaten path. Large Master on the 2nd floor with King bed and rollaway. Huge front yard with tons of room for running and lounging around. A great spot for a family with small kids, with a small playground just off your back yard as well as the large town playground one block away! Two blocks from Children's Beach at Oyster Pond as well, you won't need your car for much of this vacation!
Linens and towels can be rented through Chatham Concierge. https://www.chathamconcierge.com. They deliver and pickup used linens.
Beach towels are included.
Primary BR includes a roll-away twin and a twin pull-out for additional sleeping options.
