Pelican Shores was finished in August of 2019. It is a contemporary design with the most current building materials and an easy flowing floorplan, located on an oversized 80x180 ft. waterfront lot on Rotonda River giving you additional space and privacy. No corners were cut when it comes to ensure all vacationers are having a great time. There are 2 Master Suites with King beds, 2 additional bedrooms with 2 Queen beds, 3 full bathrooms, an amazing pool area with a large covered lanai, heated pool (at additional cost), Jacuzzi, Sunshelf and an extended Sundeck with 4 loungers for you to catch a nice golden tan. The roomy floor plan is perfect for a large family or a multi-generational vacation.
