About this property

The villas at Clipper Court are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.

Beautifully updated Summer of 2019. New flooring, counter tops, kitchen appliances, bath vanity, tiled shower, new furniture, window treatments, flat ceilings throughout, etc. Ground level with huge back patio. Walk to Harbour Town Marina, restaurants, and shops

The one bedroom,one bathroom Clipper Court unit has been recently updated . You will find new tile flooring throughout. The galley style kitchen features nice cabinetry, stainless appliances and access to the adjacent laundry room. The dining room has seating for four and direct access to a balcony and patio. The large comfortably furnished living room gives access to the patio and has a mounted flat screen tv and queen sleeper sofa.
The bedroom has a king sized bed and direct access to the all tile bath with walk-in shower.

This villa is Dog friendly with weight restriction of 35lbs or under.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

Great Fall Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was in Hilton Head for a work conference at the Harbourtown clubhouse. My wife and dog came with me to enjoy the week. This was the perfect condo for the three of us. They were able to explore Harboutown each day while I was at the conference and then we would make the short drive to the beach in the afternoons. Close to great restaurants. Condo was clean and well kept.
