The house was very neat and clean, and the location was great. We really wanted a fireplace and this list had a gas fireplace right in the title. But once we got there the owners had a sign on the fireplace telling the guests the fireplace wasn't available to them. The rental company wasn't aware of this sign and they contacted the owners. Then they said we could use the fireplace, but we couldn't get it started. Rental company sent of a tech to look at it and he found out that it was broken and couldn't be used. So just beware if a fireplace is high on your list of amenities.

Location, Location

The property is in the perfect location for all things Provincetown. Whether is was a walk down Commercial Street or a short drive to the beaches and other attractions, the property was centrally located. The parking was perfect, off the street and large. The bedroom, while small, offered a super comfortable bed and enough storage space for clothing. Outlets, on the other hand were in unusable locations. The bathroom was perfect for what it was needed for. A few more towels would be nice and hooks for those towels to hang and dry. Laundry facilities were modern and great. The kitchen was small, but functional. It did lack some basic supplies like a cutting board and oven pans. The living room was great. The addition of the shoe closet was perfect. The TV was some difficult to operate, but we managed. Despite the minor inconveniences, the stay was amazing and we would recommend this property to others.

Adorable first floor unit perfect for a couple. Well equipped and centrally located so there's no need to deal with Provincetown parking. We would definitely stay here again!
