A short 10-minute drive to Peregian Beach. Only 20 minutes to world famous Hastings St, at Noosa with it's long stretcehs of beaches and national park.

Located in a quiet street with local parks and walking trails at your doorstep, a patrolled swimming beach 10 minutes drive, this 4-bedroom home with an inground pool offers lots of opportunities to explore the sunshine coast. Yet this tropical garden retreat has a distinctively relaxed feel, and modern comforts, making it hard to leave!

The home has an open-plan modern stone bench kitchen, a large lounge room, and adjoining dining, opening to an undercover patio with an outdoor lounge and BBQ area, adjacent to the saltwater inground pool.

Recently repainted and refurbished. This property combines relaxed coastal holiday living with modern home amenities.

Comprising of 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8 people in comfort. Master bedroom with King Bed, the 2nd & 3rd Bedroom with Queen beds, and a 4th Bedroom with 2 King Singles. All with fresh linens. The home features casual interior furnishings and 2 living areas.

As you enter a boutique hotel-style formal lounge with dark floorboards that leads to a light-filled dining room with an open-plan modern stone bench kitchen. Leather chairs and bar stools in the dining room and kitchen.

Two contemporary 3-seater coaches and 65-inch television and soundbar in the family room which overlooks the inviting pool. A second television is in the master bedroom. All televisions are free-to-air enabled and internet enabled.

Dark timber floorboards in the main areas and carpets throughout the bedrooms.

The front yard is a tropical paradise, very private and lush, the tropical plants and hedging continue to the rear of the property. The large entertaining patio sets the scene for a memorable holiday.

Wonderful hosts, the amenities were great. It was lovely to arrive at the property and have all your essentials already there for you, even some inflatables for the pool !! Excellent Stay

The photos show you the reality. The pool is small but deep and swimming possible. The terrace is covered by a roof, so even rain is no problem to sit outdoors and enjoy a drink. We love to cook. The kitchen has everything you need. Shopping, restaurants and beaches are a short drive away. When we come back to Australia, we will stay in this house again.

Home away from home

We stayed at this home for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it. It had everything you could think of and was a quick drive to the beach, Noosa, and the shops. The host was also wonderful and super accommodating. Thank you and will definitely be back!

I'm Mina. My husband Michael and I love our holiday house in Peregian Springs. We have often enjoyed traveling to the Sunshine Coast and Noosa surrounds. We rarely use hotels, we find the accommodation they offer small and impersonal. We wanted to create something we would love to stay at and we hope you love it too.

Why they chose this property

We hope you find our home welcoming, with personal touches to make you feel like you are in a home away from home. Peregian Springs and its surrounds is a well-planned community with a tropical feel. Lots of local walking tracks, bike trails, a local golf course, and local shopping minutes away. A safe patrolled Peregian beach is only 10 min drive. In 20 minutes you can be in the heart of Noosa on Hastings Street.
