Island Escape - Luxury Captiva Island Home w/Pool + Hot Tub near Beach

Designed to be an escape from the ordinary, “Island Escape” is a culmination of everything you think of when you dream of the perfect island vacation getaway. Completed in 2015, this house is immaculately designed and decorated, with no detail forgotten. It is steps from the beach and in the golf cart zone of the island. The spacious bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms make every guest feel like they are at a luxury resort. The large heated pool with spill over hot tub are perfect for entertaining your family and friends. Island Escape features over 4.000 sq. ft of space in total with 3 bedrooms on the main level and 2 bedrooms on the top level. There is 1 master bedroom (king) with en-suite full bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower, and oversized tub on the main level. The other 2 bedrooms on the main level share a “jack and jill” full bath. This area was designed as the kids/nanny or teenager area in mind. One room has a beautiful custom bunk room system with 1 king and 5 twins and the room across the hall has 1 king in it. These rooms share a full bath with double vanities and walk-in shower. The top level has 2 master bedrooms (king in each) with en-suite bathrooms with double vanities. The owners suite also features an oversized bathtub and a massage chair. The other master on this level also has a bunk bed (twin over twin) for any couples with little ones who don’t want to be too far away. The main level also features a work area, 1/2 bath, laundry room, dining table, living room, and state of the art kitchen. A stunning sun room is off the kitchen with more seating and steps leading down to the pool. The ground level features a fun gaming area including Golden Tee and an arcade with 1000+ games and a lego wall for the little kids. The outside is your own personal mini resort featuring: heated pool, spill over hot tub, putting green, pool table, ping pong, corn hole boards, shuffleboard, hanging egg chairs, and a grill island. The house is a 3 minute walk to the beach access. This private oasis also comes complete with beach gear and a vending machine for items you may have forgot! New addition….the new owners added an elevator! Now all 3 levels can be accessed without steps! Once you stay at Island Escape, you will never want to rent another home again.
