Central Rotorua "Happy Place" - Pet & Mountain Bike Oasis

Te Wāhi Koa - our “Happy Place”! A spacious 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the Rotorua city centre and a short 5 minute drive to the Redwoods. The house is set up for your whole family to be entertained and comfortable during your stay at home away from home.
With top of the line beds and high quality linens, you're sure to be well rested and ready for all that Rotorua has to offer. A very welcoming, clean and spacious home with a great open floor plan through the kitchen, dining, and lounge area that has a beautiful flow to the outside area with a BBQ.
Warm and cosy with a heat pump and fully insulated.
The master suite has a king bed as well as king single & single trundler bed is located away from the other three bedrooms. The three other bedrooms comprise a beautiful king bedroom with plenty of natural light, a fun bunk-bed room has a single on top and double on the bottom and the fourth bedroom is a queen.
The garage is available to store your bikes or outdoor gear securely. The home is also alarmed and you have the option to use this during your stay.

In a quiet neighbourhood, but really close to town and mountain bike park. Really well equipped and great layout for families. Property so perfect for family pet as fully fenced but lots lf space. We loved it.

Very flexible and comfortable - 3 wc’s and 2 bathrooms works perfectly. Nice outside space and patio to sit in the sun. Garage perfect for locking up our mountain bikes - modern and well appointed kitchen the finishing touch with comfortable beds.

This home is absolutely perfect for a stay in Rotorua. As soon as we walked in we loved it. It's very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and the host is amazing. So responsive and amazingly helpful. The home is clean and you can tell a lot of thought went into making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus a nice big yard to play in and a fully stocked kitchen. Thanks so much for a great stay! My family will be back for sure.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, immaculately clean, and beautifully presented. There was plenty of space for our family of six and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The home is well laid out and could easily accommodate several more people. Everything we needed was on hand; the hosts thought of absolutely everything! There were so many special little touches that made us feel very welcome. The location was tucked away in a quiet street but close to all amenities, including shops and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was wonderful and they were very responsive. Couldn’t be happier!

Great place to stay, comfy, warm, clean, & had everything we needed.. loved the decor..lots of lovely little touches...things to look at & read.. crisp hotel sheets a fab luxury, ability to take our dogs & secure back yard an absolute bonus! Great proximity to town & activities, & Urbano Bistro cafe & Restaurant only a few blocks away- fabulous food & service!
