Hi Matt! We are so glad you enjoyed your family getaway. We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!
Twin beds were not comfortable. 4" memory foam toppers did not fix the mattress issues. Flat sheets would not stay put because of this set-up. And no top sheet until we asked for them. Had to sleep on the pullout couch.Bring your own soap if your stay is longer than a few days. No refills.

Thank you for staying with us and for the detailed feedback. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars.
We’re sorry the twin beds and 4" toppers didn’t provide the comfort you expected. I will share this with our quality control team and have them evaluate mattress and topper options to improve comfort. The housekeeping team was notified of their error in not supplying a top sheet, and they are currently working on ordering more fitted sheets, so that will be resolved shortly.
Regarding soap and supplies, we do only supply a starter soap kit for our renters. We ask that you purchase more, should that be necessary.
Thank you for calling these items out — your feedback helps us improve.
We really enjoyed our stay, look forward to longer next time!!

Hi Shannon! Thank you for your 5-star review and choosing to stay with us for your son's graduation. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will return!
Really nice escape to Bend. Easy access to road to mountain as well as a great walk along the river to down town. Little snafu with dates (by us) and the owners were so great helping us out with that. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Hi Thomas! Thank you for your 5-star review! We are so glad we were able to host your Bend getaway. We loved hosting you, and hope you will return!
Small space for the advertised number of beds. Wish there were more kitchen items, and linens. Probably a better fit for 4 people.

Hi Michelle! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback, and will share your comments with our local property team. We loved hosting you, and hope you will book with us again!
We have stayed at Mt Bachelor Village many times in the past in various units.
This unit is at the top of the list. Nice setting and easy access.
Couldn’t be more convenient.
Looking forward to our next trip.
This property is gorgeous and they have a lot to keep you occupied. The townhomes are very cute too. We just had a few little issues with maintenance things. There was no curtain/blinds over the slider so we had to hang a blanket on the first night to ensure our privacy. The kitchen sink kept clogging intermittently and we were never able to connect to the wifi. This was inconvenient but not a big problem. The front desk guy was friendly and the upstairs loft room was adorable.

Hi Stacy! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, but we are sorry you encountered a few maintenance issues. We do see our team was in touch with you, but understand these nuisances can detract from your overall rental experience. We loved hosting you and hope you will book with us again!
This place was very comfortable, and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable, and my two children were glad for the air conditioner. Pool and hot tub were great additions after their lacrosse tournament. There was a problem with the upstairs toilet, of course at 9:30 on a Saturday night. When I called the listing number, I got an actual person on the line within three rings! They assured us it would be handled by the next day. Thanks for the place to stay!

Hi Cari! Thank you for your 5-star review. We are so glad you had an enjoyable and comfortable stay, but we are sorry there was an issue with the toilet. We loved hosting your family, and hope you will return!
Disappointed to find mouse sign in the unit: mouse poop between a stack of books, on the stove, kitchen counter, and washer. A mouse was very interested in the coffee creamer packages, and tried to take it back to it's nest, getting the package stuck on a stove coil. Was really disappointed that there was mouse poop on a bed protector on the upstairs bed closest to the stairs while preparing to check out.The air conditioner is also undersized for the unit. But the mouse and hygenic concerns are more pressing.

Hi Blair. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We reviewed the notes on your reservation and do not see any outreach from you regarding your listed concerns. Had we been notified of any issues, we would have promptly sent our team over. We will follow up with our local property team to investigate the unit and hope to provide you with a problem-free stay in the future.
Overall the property served our needs, close to bend and Mt Bachelor. The place is in good shape except for a few problems. First are the beds - way too soft. Especially at my age after a day of skiing.Something wrong with the door lock so had to try about 10-20 tries to lock it each time we went out.Sofa bed not so comfortable.I had a question about hot tub. tried to call management - no answer and no call back. The beds were the only reason I would not return.
Overall a good place to stay for a family of four. It was nice to have single beds upstairs so the kids didn't have to share a bed. It was also nice to have a seperate half bathroom upstairs. The place was cozy, but was clean and hade everything we needed. It was less than a 5 minute drive to lots of restaurants/shopping and the shuttle bus up to Mt.Bachelor.There were a couple of things that could have been improved, but also weren't a big deal. It would have been nice to have extra towels for the hot tub. The house included 4 large towels that had to be used for both bathing and hot tub. The mattress in the primary bedroom was fine if one person was on the bed, but as soon as two people laid in the bed we both rolled to the middle. We couldn't find any mugs on the first morning, but realized it was because the dishwasher was never unloaded. Also, I hate it when rentals skimp on toilet paper quality - at least spring for two-ply!

Hi Becky! Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear the home was a comfortable fit for your family and that the layout worked well for the kids. The proximity to Mt. Bachelor and local spots really is a perk, and it’s great to know you enjoyed it. We appreciate your feedback on the towels, mattress, and a few of the smaller touches—those details matter, and we'll definitely pass them along to our team for improvement. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again on your next trip to the area!
My cousins Steve and Paul were to join me for the Ringo Starr concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater in Bend. Paul was called in to work extra shifts, and couldn't make it. Steve and I enjoyed the concert and our accommodations at Meredith Suites. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Steve had a broken ankle, and slept in the downstairs bedroom, I stayed in the upstairs bedroom. The close proximity to the concert venue was a real bonus on our epic adventure. My only constructive criticism (pun intended) is the outside stairs leading to the 2nd floor where our unit was located could use some maintenance as a couple of the boards were slightly wobbly under our feet. Thank You Meredith Suites for hosting us!
Overall a decent place and good location. It would be perfect for a ski weekend to Mt. Bachelor.
Issues I had were just the cleanliness of the place. Carpet had stains through out the stairs and upstairs bedroom area. The ceiling fan had so much dust built up, like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The laundry closet (we didn’t use it) had some strong smells coming from it as we walked by.
The kitchen is very basic and no counter space at all. It needed some type of island to have a prep space.
This would be a great little place but is in need of some TLC to get it back up to par.

Hi Andrew. We enjoyed hosting you; however we are sorry you were not fully satisfied. We appreciate your feedback, and will share your comments with our housekeeping team to review. We value your booking, and hope we have the opportunity to host you again.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered! When We arrived to our Room on check in it had clearly not been cleaned but hey accidents happen. I called and spoke with a nice woman who was able to a crew on their way. This caused me to have to feed 2 adults and 4 children with take out when our original plan was to cook in the room. (beware these rooms do not have real ovens just convection microwaves) During our stay blinds were literally falling off the walls. When my GF opened the microwave for the first time a broken vent cover flew off nearly hitting my youngest child. The lamp with charger next to my bed was not functional and had a broken bulb stuck in socket. I am a contractor with 20 years experience in home repairs and my experience tells me these are known issues that have had previous attempts at repair. After voicing these concerns to management I was told to wait a calendar week to hear back about potential discount. Crickets. The location is great with good potential if only The management company cared about the guests and not just the profit. Do better Meredith Lodging.
The staff at the resort were great. Loved using there bikes to ride down along the river. Resort was close to the town. Unit is smaller than what the photos showed. This unit was listed with having 2 baths in one part of the listing and in another as 1.5 baths. Wish I would have picked up on this when I booked the place as we needed 2 full baths. Overall a nice unit.

Hi Matt! We are so glad you had an enjoyable stay with us. The description does list 1 full bathroom, but we are sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion on this amenity. We loved hosting you, and do hope you will consider booking with Meredith Lodging again for your next getaway!
No wi fi. We went through the hoops with manager and they sent someone. Was not fixed but is fixable.
Rear sliding door does not lock. Fixable
Serious lack of counter space. Not fixable.
Overall we were happy with the place it’s location and it’s furnishings.
Would rent again.
My friend and I did a short overnighter here. The location of the place was amazing, close to everything and we took an Uber into town which was only a couple minute drive. If we had had more time it would have been fun to explore the trails that are so close to the river along the edge of the property.
It was quiet and we had everything we needed. The weather was quite chilly so we took full advantage of the fireplace!
Thank you so much for having us. We had a wonderful stay and really loved the location of the condo to be able to explore the town of Bend after skiing all day.
