Guest Access:

Keycode access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during your stay. Parking pass must be displayed in the vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per villa.

Also, from April - October, call for Palmetto Dune's free transportation, the Dunes Buggy, from your home or villa to the beach, restaurants, the General Store or Shelter Cove and enjoy all the amenities that Palmetto Dunes has for you!  Enjoy easy days relaxing in the sun, sand and surf on some of the best beaches in the country. Get into the swing of things with 24 world class golf courses and 350 tennis courts, and experience our rich and vibrant history. Getting Around:

The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort's Inverness Village. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Palmetto Dunes has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

Palmetto Dunes Resort does not permit RV's, Shuttles, or trailers. No logo or commercial signage vehicles permitted overnight.



Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
