Enjoy the amazing unobstructed ocean views and the ease of direct beach access just across the street. Spacious living with new furnishings, dining and kitchen with plenty of room for family gatherings. Ocean views from the deck, back sunroom with extra sleeping area adjacent to 3rd bedroom, Freshly painted interior, HVAC, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, laundry room with washer/dryer and some storage, basic cable TV, outdoor seating area under house, enclosed outside shower and more! No Pets. No Smoking. 7 day only rentals. Linens included. Please call our office to inquire. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM

Family beach vacation

Nice property conveniently located across from public access…easy walk to beach, 10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, etc. House was roomy and well stocked for week vacation - everything we needed. Furniture is a bit old tho not unbearable, mattresses could be upgraded but overall a great beach house and would highly recommend for those looking for a nice place in Oak Island. Definitely recommend Island Way for a nice dinner (book a reservation!).

Check in was easy though the timing was odd. Check in being 3-5 but asked to wait until closer to 5 so that cleaners have more time when the expectation for us was that if check in is at 3 the cleaners should be done before 3. This was magnified when we arrived & we had to make our own beds so the cleaners weren't even seemingly doing that much. Kitchen facilities were good.Lone suggestion would it would be nice to have more basic amenities provided vs so much self provisioning. Examples being having to make the beds when we arrive, limited towels for household use, none for beach use, no toilet paper (one roll supplied at check in), no paper towels/napkins, etc. All the seasoning & spices are visitor provided which helps if people leave stuff behind. items are just more expensive at publix than if we bring them from home and those items add up fast on top of already expensive vacationing expenses that a lot of people may not account for. Just a lot of expectations for basic items put onto the vacationer.It was a great stay & location and community area. I would recommend the house to future parties interested.

Great beach location

House had all we could ask for. Proximity to beach was amazing, just cross the street and you’re there! Plenty of room for 6 people. Ocean view from deck was a favorite. Kitchen had all we needed for our cook nights. Large comfortable living room with plenty of games for our game nights! Hope the elevator is working next time. Will come again!

Super nice! Cozy and comfortable

House was very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious for 5 adult females. Could easily sleep more than 5, especially with younger kids. House had every amenity you could ask for and more. Not super close to restaurants, bars and stores but that was also part of its remote charm. Seamed to be super family friendly with accommodations. cargo elevator is a super nice touch! Beautifully decorated and charming. Love the attention to detail, air ferns are gorgeous
