In Module 2, the best location on the Riviera de São Lourenço. Close to the Riviera Shopping Centre and next to the golf course and the Ilha da Madeira resort. Quiet street.
Decorated with great care and good taste, for personal use. Beach service included, featuring a beach umbrella, side table, and reclining chairs.
Includes 2 parking spaces in the garage.
Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
The space
The EcoMare building was designed by renowned architect Ruy Ohtake. It features a barbecue grill on the apartment’s balcony, excellent common areas, and a very beautiful gourmet space.
The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It’s located 150 metres from the beach, in Module 2. The street is very quiet, across from the Ilha da Madeira resort, which has a restaurant and café open to non-guests.
Guests can use all the building’s amenities, such as the swimming pools, fitness centre, sauna, common areas, and 2 parking spaces in the garage.
The Gourmet Space is fully equipped (beer tap, stove, grill, pizza oven, TV, home theatre, etc.), but there is a separate rental fee.
