Horizons 4 is located in downtown Mammoth Lakes, just 1.5 miles from Eagle Lodge. Find year round activities from hitting the slopes in the winter to biking in the summer. The green line shuttle stop is nearby and takes you to the Eagle Lodge and Village. Take a stroll around the Village for shopping, dining, and more!

The cozy living room has a sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and a fireplace. Unwind with some hot cocoa and board games at the end of the night! Step outside the balcony and enjoy the crisp mountain air.

The dining table is steps away and has seating for 6. The kitchen is equipped with a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, kettle, blender and more to make you feel right at home cooking homemade dinners!

There are 2 bedrooms to choose from when it's time to hit the hay. The master bedroom has a King bed and a Smart TV to stream your favorite Netflix or Hulu specials. The 2nd bedroom is great for the kids with 2 Twin beds and a Twin bunk bed. The 2nd bedroom has a private en suite bathroom and there is a shared bathroom in the hallway.

There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Horizons 4 is not a pet friendly complex.
- Commencing on April 22nd, all amenities (sauna, bathrooms, jacuzzi and laundry room) will not be operational during this time.
- The unit has the camera at the front door for the guest's security, monitoring the entryway

**We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Check in at 4 and out at 10… come on…. For a short, 2day, trip it’s like missing a whole day. No availability for an early check in?? The reason that was give was “because it’s mammoth, no early check ins period.”

Mammoth condo

The condo was very nice ...Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was not working and the host does not supply firewood for the wood burning fireplace, ya think they would mention that in the condo instructions...had to run out to the grocery store and buy some...very disappointing. That being said I would use this place again but check ahead of time to insure the Jacuzzi is working.

The place it’s dirty, Needs more light, very cheap cookware some pots missing handles, uncomfortable beds, they don’t pay wifi so you won’t be able to watch tv since they have smart tvs unless you call tue company and pay out of your pocket to have internet connection. Pricy for what you get.

Extremely disappointed

This property and the customer service experience with Grand Welcome- the property management service- was atrocious. When my family checked in, we were disappointed to find a number of major problems with the property. These problems included a broken refrigerator door, broken trash can in kitchen, no door for the master bathroom and a vast nest of electrical cords connected to multiple power strips and plugged into one master outlet which imposed a serious fire hazard. We immediately wrote to customer service and included photographs as proof. We received several automated replies: “We’ll be back to you shortly”. But not once during our 5 night stay did we receive a call, email or any kind of response from a real person regarding these issues. There was no offer to move us to a different property, no attempt to repair the issues or to reimburse us for the unacceptable and unsafe conditions. This property and the Grand Welcome management company are not what I expect from VRBO. Extremely disappointing.

We were without wifi for the whole stay. Now you may be asking. Why does this dude need wifi he’s in the mountains for pete’s sake. Well. I am a full time student and missed classes because the wifi we were promised wasn’t there. Otherwise. great apartment.
