It features an open layout with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The main floor has a screened, furnished lanai for relaxing in the shade. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bath, and a private sun/moon deck for lounging. It is ideal for enjoying the clear, starry skies at night, or you might be lucky enough to see ospreys nesting in the tall trees nearby.
As part of Sunset Captiva, a quiet 59-home community in the heart of Captiva Village, this Captiva Island vacation rental is in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the historical Captiva district where you will find restaurants rich with island charm and fare, boutiques, galleries, and a small but well-provisioned grocery store. A private boardwalk from the pool leads you past the Captiva Library and the Chapel-By-The-Sea to the expansive beach, where world-famous shelling can be found. Surf fishing is popular, and the slope of the beach allows safe and easy swimming in the blue waters of the Gulf. Take a moment to observe the dolphins as they surface close to shore.
