15 California Drive, Smiths Beach - affordable cabin style home

Comprised of 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a set of single bunks, this property will accommodate a total of 6 guests comfortably, there is also a portacot and high chair provided.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has plenty of seating for everyone and has a dishwasher for an easy clean up. Split system heating and cooling in the main area will keep you comfortable year round.

The bathroom has a full size bath and there is a separate toilet and a washing machine is provided for convenience.

There is plenty of space under the carport and in the driveway for cars and the backyard is fully fenced for the kids.

Excellent location, cleanliness of property was very poor

Property is as listed and location is excellent. Unfortunately, the condition of the property in terms of cleanliness was very poor, especially in the common areas (kitchen, dinning). The sofas were full of fur and there were crumbs in chairs and cooktop. Obrien real estate was hard to contact to solve this issue from the beginning, though I understand it's a busy time of the year and they are still trying to get this issue resolved.
