Silverwaters Retreat is a 3-bedroom holiday rental in the puuuuurrrrrfect location (not biased or anything...) on the north shore of a cute little island we all know as Phillip Island!

This house is a about a 10-minute walk from one of the only exclusively north-facing beaches in Victoria and a short drive away from the iconic Smiths Beach - a family friendly beach perfect for some boogie-boarding, surfing or to just cool off in the water.

Close to Silverleaves north-facing beaches and Cowes golf course, Silverwaters Retreat, is a getaway fit for families and couples alike looking for a modern beach-house hideaway to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Great place to stay

Great value for money, house was clean, spacious and well equipped. Great central location in a quiet neighbourhood. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay there again.

Home away from home

Location was perfect for our stay on the island. The house was truly a home away from home, having everything you would require. Communication was fabulous with Matthew; he was very prompt at replying. Would highly recommend.

Comfy and clean

The location was very quiet which we loved. It was a fair walk to the beach and to the town centre though. The house was clean and comfy so if we were stuck indoors due to weather it was still nice.

Lovely Easter Break

We had a lovely Easter break and the weather was beautiful. We were prepared for Phillip Island's famous chill and wind, but instead with greeted with warm weather and beautiful sunshine. The house was modern with all the basic requirements. A comfortable stay. Thank you for having us.
