Bunny's Bungalow is cute as a button! It is a professionally decorated and authentic chink log home with a view. It boasts an open floor plan with a stunning floor to ceiling rock fireplace as the focal point to a comfortable living area and large, abundant windows to bring the outdoors in. The kitchen is large and has plenty of counterspace as well as a four-seat dining table. Guests can choose between a queen master bedroom and two twin beds with a separate bathroom. There is room for the whole family!

The star of Bunny’s Bungalow is undoubtedly the screened in porch and wrap around decks. Whether guests are hoping for a quiet, secluded morning coffee or a rowdy dinner in, they will appreciate the outdoor living area just as much as the interior. The home also has an updated hot tub area with a TV.

Bunny’s Bungalow is a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge or Downtown Ellijay. Guests can escape big city life and get back to basics with the quaint shops and nature-focused activities such as rafting or boat rides.

Seasonal fireplace use is October 1 – March 31, and during those times 10 sticks of firewood is provided per night guests are here for wood burning fireplaces. If you burn through the wood left out for the interior fireplace you will be responsible for purchasing more. Guests are responsible for purchasing the firewood they use in outdoor fire pits or outdoor fireplaces. Firewood bundles are available for purchase at many local stores and gas stations or you can contact our office to purchase firewood and arrange to have it delivered before your arrival.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 3 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $30 per dog apply. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $400 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

This property offers a private hot tub.
