* Upon arriving and parking in the driveway, you'll step into a screened-in porch leading straight to the front door.
* Upon entry, you find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen within the cottage.
* Adjacent to the kitchen is a bedroom featuring a twin/queen-size bunk bed.
* Another bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed, is situated next to the aforementioned bunk bed room.
* Adjacent to the queen bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom.

**Please be aware that this cottage does not include a washer/dryer.

Cute little place

Nice except very musty smell when we arrived especially for my spouse with breathing problems. The screen porch door and the front storm door were very difficult to latch closed. The outside grounds were a little overgrown in spots which made it difficult to clean up after our dogs. We also would have liked to have instructions for use of tv since we were not familiar with the tv stations and were only able to watch old shows on the free station as no cable or outside antenna which would be helpful on rainy days staying put. No working light in the kitchen. Not absolutely necessary but should be advised that entry into the house was just a stone with no railing for those who need some support to enter. The house was next door to our friends home so we may consider staying again with hopes that some improvements would be completed. The price was a little high in comparison to others in the area. We sent several emails to the owner and he was helpful and delightful.

Beyond rustic..

Throughout the booking March through August the company advertising the cabin had poor communication. We had been planning this stay for a while and were very disappointed when we arrived. We were immediately hit with musty mold smells. Upon further investigation, mold growing on the pans in the kitchen and a microwave that had nit been cleaned in a while. We originally paid a cleaning fee, not sure what is was used towards or if the previous renters had paid a cleaning fee because thos place was not clean. I must say, after checking in, we were asked how it was going and we were reimbursed some of pur money and this process was very quick. We could not stay, we couldn't breathe the moldy/must. The grounds could have been manicured as well.

Avoid this VRBO and property management company at all costs

I’ve stayed at short-term rentals many times before, and I’ve never had such a horrible experience. The property is in terrible condition and is not as advertised. We were greeted by an overgrown yard and cobwebs with a sign on the door full of rules and a warning that the neighborhood is looking to get rid of short-term rentals. Inside, it smelled of extreme mold & mildew. We tried running the dehumidifier without any improvement. We were unable to sleep due to the strong smell, and woke up with congestion and allergies. There were signs of water damage along the ceilings, some mold growth along the bathtub and a sign in the bathroom stating to keep the window open while showering as there is no ventilation. There were barely any blinds/curtains, one paper towel for the whole stay, and limited toilet paper. The WiFi was non-functional and there was no service in the area. There was human/dog hair all over the bedsheets in every room, a loud water pump in the bedroom, mud on the floors/doors/walls, stained towels, and unwashed grilling tools stuffed into a dented grill. The property management company was unresponsive until we made a formal complaint with Vrbo. We ended up leaving after just one night, and it took us over 3 weeks to receive a refund for 4 nights as our emails would go unanswered or ignored. The property management company also continued to ask us for money that we had paid in full months prior to our stay, despite us providing receipts several times.

Cute cottage, good location

We had such a great time and the property was in a great location, across from beach area, close to Saco river, and North Conway shops. Check in was see less, the property was clean and cozy. Just a couple of recommendations for improvements, the outside of the property was quite small and overgrown. The indoor seating and beds could be more comfortable. There should be fans available in the rooms, it was quite hot at night even with the windows open. The instructions to access the wifi were not correct, but there was easy access to the router and was able to login. There was a bit of a flushing issue with the toilet which made the water pump go on for long periods of time. And lastly, more towels would be appreciated.
