2 King beds were comfortable, with lots of pillows, and well-placed so two couples could each take a whole floor, including a bathroom with great tiled showers. Hot tub is also well-placed, near a door, and under an overhang so it's protected from elements. Amazing view from both the hot tub and the main floor over the river. Kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, silverware, dishes and glassware.
The house overlooks the Ottowa River with beautiful views in the morning and evening. The fishing out on the river is perfect in the morning and evening, lots of bass jumping around. Friendly towns nearby with great food. Francois was very communicative and helpful with our stay. Would stay here again.
The location is just perfect, beautiful and very quiet. The nightly sunsets were breathtaking. The hot tub is perfectly located to enjoy the sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. The covered deck area with the BBQ is perfect when the weather is not cooperating. Really appreciate that there is firewood available for the firepit and fireplace. The owner is very available and helpful.
The place is beautiduk and clean. Matresses were super comfortable and the host was quick to respond and always helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay. The powerful jets in the hottub was an added bonus!
We were very pleased with the accomodations and amenities supplied by the host. The kids spent most of their time in the hot tub or on the water exploring the area. The kitchen was amazing and had all the tools we needed to feed the family. If we ever decide to visit the area again, this place would definitely be top of the list
Fun place to stay with access to the river and watercraft provided. Had indoor foosball, arcade game, ping pong, and loads of board games. Only negative was a very challenging stone stairway with no handrail leading to the water. Easy to reach from NY state without going through Montreal which is a plus.
Property is well equipped with just about everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our stay. The view of the river is wonderful and we enjoyed lounging in the covered porch, the back yard with fireplace and the private beach.
It is a great house. Easy communication and easy check-in. House was well stocked. Great view of the river. Went to both wine taskings and breweries in the area. Grandkids loved the ping pong.
A very relaxing setting for the start of our trip in Canada. The location was an easy drive from the Montreal airport and not far for a day trip to Mont Tremblant. The house is nicely appointed with a beautiful view of the river. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The house and kitchen are nicely equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We would not hesitate to come again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, kitchen was fully stocked, beds were very comfortable. The outdoor seating areas were great. The view was beautiful. The hot tub was nice but could have used a little TLC. All in all it was a great place to spend a weekend with friends/family. The owner was very quick with responces. I would book again, it was a great place to stay.
The house has a beautiful view of the river, everything you need in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. Montréal and Mont-Tremblant are an easy drive of about an hour. Close enough to enjoy day trips and have a quiet evening on the deck. The covered part of the deck is great for coffe on a rainy morning.
Had a great weekend with a bunch of friends. Quiet neighbourhood, lots of space for everyone, there’s everything that you need. Nice deck in the back of the house, little beach area below which has a lot of potential like adding a deck would be great, but great place to watch the sunset nonetheless. We would go back.
Beautiful house. Breathtaking view.
Celebrating 75 th birthday. Family activities for all ages!
Excellent communication with owner: prompt response and polite.
Thank you!
Will definitively come back!!

Have a great summer
Property was very clean and it has everything you need to unwind. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board as well as all the local wildlife from squirrels, chipmunk, and eagle and some other raptors. A perfect place to get out of the city and your busy life. Book this place as you will not regret it. Thanks for the excellent communication Francois.

Living in the south region of the United States, my family was looking to spend our winter break in a location where we could actually experience winter. And, we'd never been to Canada before. As soon as we saw this property, we knew it was the one for us. The kids loved the game room during our downtime, the views of the water were absolutely breathtaking, and it had the perfect amount of space for my family of 5. The host was super responsive whenever I had a question, and we had all the essential fully stocked at the property when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the Montreal Canada area. Thank you for a wonderful winter holiday

This home was accurate to its listing. It is such a lovely home, we were very comfortable here. It's an hour drive to Montréal (tho brace for the traffic at rush hours! It will be 2 hours easily) but, this was in between family members, so it was a perfect location for us.
This home has everything, but a blender. Could use a few more wash cloths, but we just did laundry as needed. No big deal. The beds are comfortable & the pillows made me take a pic of the tag in hopes of finding them for myself, here in the states! I had a migraine one day & laying on them was the best I've ever laid on during an episode!
There was very minor dirt in some corners, I only mention bc some people are extremely picky. I figure they're very busy with bookings, so I just grabbed a broom myself! It trait wasn't much. I care less about corners (unless it's VERY dirty) & more about the livable surfaces. The showers, tub, counters, sinks, furniture & bedding were all clean!
Very lovely, will keep this location saved for future visits! Very much recommed! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
As you can probably see from the pictures, the views from this Chalet are amazing. There are windows all along the front on the main floor and the floor below to enjoy these views even while inside. When it's too hot to sit on the main balcony, there is a covered side balcony off the kitchen too and from there it's easy to hear the trickling water that runs down the side yard. The AC worked very well so nice and cool inside even though it was humid the week we stayed there. We didn't cook much so I can't speak to exactly how well stocked the kitchen is but there were sheet pans for when we baked some calamari and and reheated some fries from the snack shack down the road and sheet pans are one of those things that are sometimes missing from rental houses. My daughter loved having PacMan and the x-box which reminds me that one day when they were calling for bad weather, Francois thoughtfully messaged with a place that is good to go to with the kids when the weather isn't good. Location of the house was great for us because it was centralized between Ottawa and Montreal so we got to visit both cities. We also made it to Quebec City one day but that was a really long day!!! The highest lock in Canada is within minutes (by car) of the house and we finally caught a boat going thru there on our last day. We didn't plan in advance but if you do, you can take tours of the power plant. We all had a great week. Thanks Francois!!!
On a vraiment adoré notre séjour. Merci !
L’hôte était très réactif à nos messages , excellente communication Les commodité étaient excellentes L’ambiance était apaisante Un week-end très réussit
