The spacious open plan living includes a fully functional kitchen with island bench-top, a dining area, and a cozy lounge for you to kick back on. Floor to ceiling glass panels and a sliding door leading out to the balcony are all you need to enjoy the view while natural light beams in on a sunny Adelaide morning.
This apartment is located on the seventh floor meaning city living has never been so peaceful! Two reasonably sized bedrooms, each with mirrored built-in wardrobes, are part of the no-fuss layout and leaves plenty of space for moving about. When it’s time to settle in for the night, enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep on our luxury mattresses dressed with quality soft white linen.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare the apartment to impeccable standard.
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park within the building with a height clearance of 2.1m. Parking costs $25 per day.
We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
There is a queen bed and a double bed, the third bed is a sofa bed set up in the living room.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.
1-2 guests > 1 queen bed 3-4 guests > 1 queen bed + 1 double bed 5-6 guests > 1 queen bed + 1 double bed + sofa bed
If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).

Beautiful modern apartment with lovely views of city lights. Easy to access to apartment and close to shops and adelaide oval, all within walking distance. Swimming pool was a bonus ,clean and heated, the gymnasium spotless. Slight problem with the sofa bed but after contacting manager issue was sorted in no time ,with a confirmation message from them to say issue had been resolved while we were out of apartment. Staff I spoke to was friendly.
Great location, bit lacking in kitchen items but property manager was very responsive.

The apartment itself and the location is great but the cleanliness was unacceptable. The place had not been vacuumed after the last guests, there was hair, crumbs and nail clippings on the floor/rug. The sofa was putrid and had stains all over it and had to put blankets over it to sit on. Definitely would not recommend staying there. We got a partial refund then they begged us not to leave a review, Pfft.

Great location and faculties. Poor cleanliness.
Super location next to Adelaide markets, great facilities such as outdoor pool and gym.
Apartment seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned up on arrival, dirty cups on a window sill in one bedroom, found an old plastic ring on the floor along with a plastic eye lash. Stains on the couch. Botched holes in the walls. If the host works on cleanliness this place could be awesome! Only left us 1 key for 4 people, which was annoying as you can’t move floors without a key. They said they would message me when they left another one, but they didn’t message to let me know they’d left it. Not the best place I’ve stayed but definitely not the worst either.
Excellent location, very clean, some wet dishes in drawers (still clean, just needed drying).
Check in and out a little different from your usual venue so read carefully. Different location to collect your keys.

Super tops spot in RADelaide!
Great facilities, very clean, well equip and super comfortable. Excellent location around the corner from great restaurants and the central market. Close to parkland too. Highly recommend it!
