Newly Constructed and fashionably designed, this home away from home is a great get-away for families or friends. Situated in Washington City, guests can use this place to enjoy urban living in St George, or explore the red rock regions of Southern Utah. Quickly get to Telegraph Road where you have all the shopping choices possible for your vacation needs. Close to the Freeway and not a busy exit as others in Washington City, this location is Prime to get you to go wherever you desire.
The Ladera Development is new and continues to add homes to their neighborhood. There are a few stalls specifically for trailer/boat parking around the corner and on the street behind the home. They are available 1st come, 1st serve. Enjoy the wide expanse of the Southern Utah Skies at this location, which is why we call it "Sienna Sunsets" - the backyard is on the Southeast side of the home so evenings are nice and shady!
